If you cannot address one woman with integrity, can you run a country with it?
Tara Reade Deserves a Real Response
Statement from Andrea Powell, co-founder, and President, Karana Rising
WASHINGTON, DC — The following statement was issued this morning by Andrea Powell, founding Director of Karana Rising, in response to the allegation made by Tara Reade against Vice President Joe Biden. Karana Rising works with survivors of human trafficking nationwide.
We deserve to have a President that does not assault women and who takes such claims seriously because sexual assault is a violent crime. If you cannot address one woman with integrity, can you run a country with it? Tara Reade deserves a real response.
